Job Description


Your Day to Day:Understand and define business needs, propose efficient solutions, and inspire change.
Drive strong business alignment by collaborating with local and global digital departments, ensuring IT B2C is integrated into all relevant business initiatives.
Foster innovation by attending digital fairs, conferences, and sharing insights both internally and with other markets.
Solve business problems through innovative approaches and methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, and Design Thinking.
Co-lead major projects in the commercial area, focusing on digital/analytical systems and collaborating with all business functions and third parties in the B2C area.
Apply project management, service management, and usability practices to ensure project alignment with standards.
Lead projects within agreed scope, budget, resources, and timelines, ensuring quality and risk reduction.
Acquire deep knowledge of business and IT processes to support day-to-day activities and business projects effectively.
Provide excellent service to business functions, driving continuous improvements in Reduced-risk Products (RRP) & Analytics systems.
Ensure all IT services under your supervision comply with company policies and IT controls.
Assist in the vision of becoming a data-driven company by focusing on data flows across all systems.
Lead IT project outcomes related to the company's strategy, including integration tasks and data migration from legacy systems.
Create sustainable, documented projects and Run & Support models in collaboration with partners.
Enhance the current Run & Support model, including continuous service improvement for IT-related incidents and changes.
Manage vendor relationships and implement necessary vendor frameworks.Who We're Looking For:A relevant degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or Business.
8-10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years in IT project management within the consumer space.
Agile Certification (Agile PM, Scrum, etc.) is required.
Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing third-party suppliers.
Experience in FMCG or banking environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of Service Integration, Vendor Management, Operational Risk, and Business Process Improvement.
Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver to large groups.
Analytical thinking and curiosity to learn the products and analytics ecosystem.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a positive and supportive attitude towards others.
