• As the IT Solutions Specialist you will take the lead in recommending new technologies and implementing new processes.
• You will onboard new clients and continually refine and improve our new client onboarding blueprint as well as research new technologies that may benefit our customers.
• You will hold one of the most senior technical positions in the business and be responsible for the successful delivery of complex projects across traditional Microsoft technologies, Public Cloud including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and complementary solutions around Security, Networking, Backup, Disaster Recovery and more.
• You will also act as a senior escalation point for our support and service teams and will play a critical role in the successful delivery of an outstanding support service to our customers.

This is a customer facing role which will give you the opportunity to work alongside the business and account management to meet with clients and prospective clients, to scope, design and implement IT solutions to meet their business objectives or challenges and to ensure the successful delivery of those projects.Minimum Requirements to Meet:

• 3 years' experience in a similar role, and hold a number of appropriate professional certifications including Microsoft MCSA or similar, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Prince 2, ITIL or similar.
• Experience designing technology platforms and deep familiarity with modern development techniques.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills and most importantly the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Working with clients to define the scope of a project.
• Planning timescales and the resources needed.
• Deliver customer and stakeholder management to all those with an interest in IT and business change projects.
• You'll need to deal with clients large and small so great communication skills are essential.
• Microsoft Office 365 design, deployment and maintenance experience
• Able to use architecture/design techniques and methods to support the requirements of our customers, partners or ourselves to create solutions that meet their / our requirements (market, customer solution or platform)
• Able to identify risks, balance the threats and opportunities associated with the risks, taking appropriate mitigating action against the risks and track and manage risk over their lifetime
• Advanced experience in identifying, investigating and resolving problems
• Provide suggestions for continual improvement.
• Provide world class customer service and mentor others to do the same
• Research Technology improvements for our customers
