The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of basic coding, website development, and automation tools like Twilio, Salesforce, or Zoho.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites for construction and real estate projects.
• Create and manage SMS bot campaigns using Twilio or similar platforms.
• Implement automation workflows for CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho.
• Troubleshoot and optimize web-based applications to improve efficiency.
• Work with the team to integrate tech solutions for lead generation and sales automation.
• Ensure system security, backups, and performance monitoring.

• Experience in coding (does not need to be at a high level, but should be comfortable with basic development).
• Experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or similar platforms).
• Knowledge of SMS bot campaigns (Twilio preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce or Zoho CRM automation.
• Ability to work US PST hours (6-8 hours per day, 6 days a week).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues.
• Must be trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Experience with API integrations.
• Basic knowledge of database management.
