Qualifications & Experience

• A degree in IT / Business / Engineering
• 5+ years leading teams and owning outcomes
• 8+ years in software development and IT business analysis
• 15+ years in the tech industry overall
• Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills

Your Mission:

• Own all aspects of the Sub Product xe2x80x93 backlog, quality, delivery
• Be the first point of contact for your product and its applications
• Prioritise, plan, and handle escalations efficiently
• Guide your team toward production stability and high performance
• Communicate directly with the Product Owner in Germany and Delivery Manager in South Africa
• Mentor, coach, and support your team while building a strong team culture
• Proactively remove impediments and plan ahead with a strategic mindset
• Engage with business departments as a true partner
