Due date: 16 June 2024Responsibilities:As an IT Technician in our call center, your primary responsibilities will include:Providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems within the call center environment.Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals.Assisting in the setup and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and systems used in the call center.Collaborating with other IT staff to implement and maintain IT security measures.Training call center staff on basic IT procedures and best practices.Requirements:To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:A qualification in IT or a related field.A minimum of two years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.Residency in the Moretele municipality region.Proficiency in speaking Setswana to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.Additional Skills:While not required, the following skills and qualities would be advantageous:Strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility and adaptability to handle various IT issues in a fast-paced environment.Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) would be a plus.If you meet these requirements and are enthusiastic about joining our team, please submit your application including your resume and cover letter.Job Type: Full-timePay: From R20 000,00 per month
