• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems.
• Set up new user accounts and ensure proper configuration of workstations.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and maintain network security.
• Document processes and create support guides for end-users.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
• Familiarity with call center technologies and telemarketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
