Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the IT support team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IT infrastructure, including telephony, networks, hardware, and software.
Ensure IT systems run smoothly to support the daily operations of the call centre.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security and efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to identify technology needs and solutions.
Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an
IT Team Leader
,
IT Support Manager
, or a similar role in a call centre or customer service environment.
Strong technical knowledge of call centre systems, networks, VoIP telephony, and CRM software.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus.
