Facilitator must have a relevant NQF 6 (Advanced diploma or Advanced certificate in IT qualification).
A relevant degree will be advantageous
In possession of a minimum of three years experience as a Facilitator/Lecturer for the modules A+, Security, Networking, Powershell
Exposure to training methodologies.

This position is responsible for facilitating, assessing, and moderating programme content, designed and developed by the National Academic team with the purpose of achieving Learning outcomes that will develop specific competencies in students. Facilitators could also be responsible for the review and programme content development when applicable. It will also be required from facilitators to do administrative and marketing functions as required within their specific area of expertise.Duties and responsibilitiesFacilitation:
Planning and managing of weekly classes
Preparation and delivery of learning content
Prepare learning environment i.e., labs; classrooms; research venues, group activity venues etc Develop learning material if required
Organize additional workshops and field trips
Marking of practical, formative, and summative assessments
General academic administration: Record student attendance
Motivate and reinforce students
Identify students at risk
Set up additional support for students
Record student results
Provide programme review feedback
Moderation reports completed as per the moderation plan
Complete certifications as per deadlines
Present the qualification at open days
