Job Description
A well established firm within the financial services sector, is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for their branch in Bloemfontein.
- Grade 12
- A+
- N+
- MCSE Qualification
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for work
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans due to client base
- Must be proficient in Windows, Mac, Pastel, MS Office and MS Office 365
- Troubleshooting of computers and networks
- Receives and processes user complaints
- Resolves computer problems and errors
- Trains staff on computer literacy
- Sets up and configures new computer and internet equipment
- Performs routine inspection of equipment
- Updates computer software and operating systems
- Remotely or physically assists in computer-related concerns
