More than 2 years experience in a similar position
A+, N+ or MCDST certificates
Experience with Active Directory and SAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to staff
Install software, hardware and assist with network issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
Install and configure computers and peripherals
Update software
Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls
