Job Description
We are in need of an IT technician that is energetic to join our team, eager to learn and give a good service with a positive attitude.IT Technician Responsibilities:
*Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network points, MFP printers.*Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operation and to identify and address problems promptly.*Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.*Providing technical support to end-users either face-to-face, over the phone or remotely.*Setting up new user accounts and profiles and handling password issues.*Conducting regular system backups and data recovery in case of system failures.*Managing and keeping track of IT inventory and equipment.*Configuring and troubleshooting CCTV systems.Requirements:
- Technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, business software, and networks.
- Exposure to Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server.
- .Preference given to candidates with a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- . Preference will be given to candidates with relevant certification such as A+, N+, MSP.
- Some knowledge of Android and Apple mobile devices.
