Job Summary We are in need of an IT technician that is energetic to join our team, eager to learn and give a good service with a positive attitude. IT Technician Responsibilities: - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network points, MFP printers. - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operation and to identify and address problems promptly. - Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. - Providing technical support to end-users either face-to-face, over the phone or remotely. - Setting up new user accounts and profiles and handling password issues. - Conducting regular system backups and data recovery in case of system failures. - Managing and keeping track of IT inventory and equipment. - Configuring and troubleshooting CCTV systems. Requirements: 1. Technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, business software, and networks. 2. Exposure to Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server. 3. Require strong Microsoft Office and Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting skills. 4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide technical support to end-users. 7. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Preference given to candidates with a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 9. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant certification such as A+, N+, MSP. 10. Some knowledge about CCTV and/or telecommunications could be beneficial. 11. Some knowledge of Android and Apple mobile devices. 12. Own Trustworthy Vehicle will be required with valid Driver License. 13. Standby will be required every second week after probation period. 14.
