Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical support in person, via phone or TeamViewer.
Conduct regular system checks and network maintenance.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and projects.
Train end-users on new technologies and IT procedures.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
At least 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Own reliable transport and valid driver's license
Afrikaans must be home Language
