Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Min Experience 1 year
• Proven hands-on experience with the following technologies is an advantage:

• MS Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
• SQL Server 2014, 2017, and 2019
• MS IIS 8, 8.5, and 10
• Routing and switching, particularly with Mikrotik
• Unified Threat Management (UTM) solutions
• IT security protocols and best practices
• Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), Remote Apps, and Remote Desktop environments
• Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
• Office 365 suite (setup, administration, troubleshooting)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and customers professionally.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel to local customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot internal and external customer infrastructure.
• Manage and support MS Server environments (2016 / 2019 / 2022).
• Offer assistance with deploying, configuring, and managing Office 365 applications and services.
• Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Ensure the operational efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and troubleshoot various network devices and components.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of virtualisation technologies.
• Regularly monitor, maintain, and optimize client systems for peak performance.
• Travel to customer sites as required for on-site support and installations.
