We are seeking a motivated Italian-speaking travel consultant based in Gauteng. You will be in direct contact with Evaneos customers, and your main mission is to create the dream trip for Italians travelers who want to discover South Africa. The job description would require the following:

Understand travelers expectations

Match travelers' requirements with tailor made itinerary: transportation, accommodations, insurance and activities.

Responsible for billing the travelers

Booking management: reservation with hotels and other services

Preparation of travel documents

Handles travel issues during the execution of trip: complaints and any needs on the road

Quality monitoring during the trip

You may be involved in direct sales, but only during the high season Additional information

Additional information

Duration & contract type: Full-time job

Precise location: Pretoria or Johannesburg, South Africa

Availability (Starting dates): immediate

Salary: Zar20000 gross salary + % commission on sales

Other advantages: commissions, flexible office hours, remote work from anywhere in South Africa

Working time per day and week: 9-15 Monday to Friday, but requires flexibility during the high season (July and August) and stand by while the clients are travelling

Languages required:

Italian: native or bilingual

English : to be able to speak with your colleagues and the local providers we are working with

Ideal profile we are looking for:

An Italian-speaking person who live in South Africa

Knowledge about the destination would be preferable

Organised, precise and client-oriented
