Job Title: Customer Consultant
Job Location: East Rand, Gauteng
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Consultant to join our team. The Customer Consultant will be responsible for providing advice and support to customers, helping them to select products or services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout their interaction with the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of customer service, and the ability to identify and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
Product/Service Expertise: Provide detailed information on products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions.
Problem Solving: Address customer issues, complaints, or inquiries in a professional and timely manner, offering suitable solutions.
Sales Support: Assist customers in purchasing decisions, offering personalized recommendations based on their specific requirements.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Follow-Up: Ensure post-sale support, including follow-up on inquiries, order status updates, and resolution of any after-sales issues.
Market and Product Research: Stay updated on market trends and new product or service offerings, to provide informed advice to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Matric/Working Permit
No Criminal Record
Age 18 - 29
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ANDROID software and other customer service tools.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to understand and explain complex products or services.
