Drivers Guide:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer, with 6+ years in software development
Expert knowledge of Java and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Proficiency in SQL and working with databases
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
