Job Description
A collaborative company with an easy going environment is looking to innovate their software development team.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and maintain robust Java applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning and growth.
- Write clean, efficient code that meets industry best practices.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java development.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Linux/AIX, REST & Web API knowledge
