Position Overview:As a Senior JavaScript Developer , you will lead the development of sophisticated web applications and platforms using JavaScript technologies. Drawing upon your extensive experience and expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions that exceed client expectations and industry standards.Responsibilities: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Architect and build robust, scalable, and maintainable codebases that adhere to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and perform continuous refactoring to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance and user experience through performance profiling, tuning, and optimization techniques.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in JavaScript development and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance of web applications.

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in JavaScript development.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, closures, promises, and ES6+ features.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architectural concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with server-side JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js.
