Job Description
Do you live close to Century City, have your own transport, bilingual in both Afrikaans and English with minimum 2 years experience?Our client in Century City requires a confident candidate who enjoys interacting with clients on the telephone, manage the typing of documents, and be all round organiser for a dynamic fast paced team.REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Min 1 - 2 years of work experience
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
- Strong, accurate administrative skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour and appearance
- Organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of the administrative team
- Time & Attendance advantageous
- Managing incoming calls professionally
- Assist with all administrative tasks given by the team
- Manage their advertising portfolio
- Typing of documentation and formatting of documentation
- Manage the filing system
- Attending certain meetings to take notes and action the necessary
- Assisting with administration for a fast paced team
- Ability to take on any Ad hoc duties that arise within the company portfolio
