Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
Strong, accurate administrative skills
Ability to maintain a professional demeanour and appearance
Organisational skills
Able to work independently and as part of the administrative team
Time & Attendance advantageous
DUTIES
Managing incoming calls professionally
Assist with all administrative tasks given by the team
Manage their advertising portfolio
Typing of documentation and formatting of documentation
Manage the filing system
Attending certain meetings to take notes and action the necessary
Assisting with administration for a fast paced team
Ability to take on any Ad hoc duties that arise within the company portfolio
