  • Minimum 3 Years' experience as an COST ESTIMATOR within
xc3x82 xc3x82 the Plumbing & Construction Industry - COMPULSORY
  • Strong understanding of CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES,
xc3x82 xc3x82 PLUMBING SYSTEMS &xc3x82 INDUSTRIAL STANDARDS
  • Proficiency in ESTIMATING
  • Excellent ANALYTICAL & MATHEMATICAL Skills
  • CERTIFICATIONS (Preferred)
  • Certified PROFESSIONS ESTIMATOR (CPE)
  • CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS INSTITUE (CSI)
xc3x82 xc3x82 Certification
  • PLUMBING OR CONSTRUCTION related licenses
  • Ability to review Blueprints & Construction Plans
  • COST ESTIMATION
  • PROJECT SUPPORT
  • PROPOSAL PREPARATION
  • DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING
  • MARKET RESEARCH
  • Occassional Site Visits may be required
  • Clean Criminal record - will be verified
