Take on a new challenge by joining a prominent agro-processing company situated on a farm north of Pretoria in the Pyramid area. You will assist with general warehouse administration, and ensuring efficient stock movement in a refrigerated environmentKey Responsibilities:Stock Control & Warehouse Operations
Security, Investigations & Disciplinary Support:

• Monitor and analyse CCTV footage to identify stock theft, losses, and security breaches.
• Conduct investigations into stock theft or unauthorized stock movements.
• Assist in gathering evidence for disciplinary procedures related to stock control violations.
• Work closely with management and HR on disciplinary actions and reports. Ensure all security and loss prevention protocols are followed.

General Administration:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Process and file purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Prepare stock and security investigation reports for management.
• Handle customer and supplier inquiries related to stock availability and deliveries.
• Ensure all stock control and investigation processes comply with company policies.

Other Duties:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations.

Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in stock control, warehouse operations, or administration.
• Experience working in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of loss prevention, stock investigations, or security monitoring is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Understanding of workplace disciplinary procedures is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods.
• Comfortable lifting and moving stock items as required.
