We are always on the look out for more great people to join our team, who share our values!Who you are?We are looking for someone who works well on their own, as well as in a team environment. You should be agile and adjustable in your work, while remaining organised. Some tasks could be repetitive, but there will always be enough challenges to keep you interested.Your areas of responsibility:

• Key responsibilities and accountabilities
• Bookkeeping to Trial Balance.
• Processing creditors invoices in IQ (Pastel), keeping records of invoices as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements
• Maintaining accounting controls and procedures
• Reconciliations of all allowances and loans paid to employees
• Processing all Bank statements and monthly reconciliations.
• Managing EFT payments, petty cash and cashflow of entities
• Assisting with preparation for and completion of the Annual Audit
• Preparation and reconciliation of VAT
• Submission of VAT201, EMP201 and supporting documentation on SARS efiling
• Maintaining weekly cashflows of all entities
• Debtors invoicing and collection of entities

Salaries are based on a Total Cost to Company model and includes:?
