This is an excellent opportunity to advance your accounting career in a supportive and dynamic environment.Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant with experience in transactional processing and management accounts. This role is ideal for someone who has some professional experience and is eager to continue developing their skills. The position is currently office-based with the potential to transition to a hybrid model in the future.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily transactional processing, including invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
• Participate in various accounting projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BCom Accounting or similar qualification).
• Professional experience in transactional processing and management accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Flexibility with working hours is offered.

Salary:

• R20,000 - R30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
