START DATE:A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:
- 3 5 Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pastel Partner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
- Typing accurately, preparing, and maintaining accounting documents and records
- General ledger postings and statements
- Reconciliations
- Accurately processing foreign currency transactions from our different branches nationwide
- Intercompany transactions correctly and timeously processed, and funds transferred
- Prepare the Cash forecast across the businesses, including actual bank balances, all known receipts and payments, splitting payments into local and foreign
- Update and manage intercompany loans and call accounts
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
