Audit Planning: Assist with internal and external audit preparations
Company Structuring: Provide support with company structuring tasks to optimize financial and operational efficiency.
Administrative Duties:
Document Filing: Organize and file all company-related documents, including insurance papers, medical aid records, credit card receipts, and other relevant documentation.
Legal Agreement Management: Maintain an understanding of current legal agreements and assist with the preparation of new agreements when necessary.
Form Management: Complete all company-related forms and ensure proper submission and record-keeping.

Requirements:
Matric
Relevant experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
Knowledge of payroll processes and banking operations.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
