- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and statements
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments according to company policies
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and review expense reports to ensure proper documentation
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses for decision-making
- Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits
- Ensure accounting software is updated and troubleshoot any issues
- Maintain organised and accurate documentation of all financial transactions
- Perform accurate data entry for financial transactions in accounting systems
- BCom in Finance
- Minimum 2 years experience
