Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented accountant or trainee accountant to join our client's team in Riversdale, Western Cape.Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant post-school qualification or proof of enrolment in an accounting degree program at a tertiary institution.
- At least one year of experience in a firm performing accounting duties.
- Practical accounting experience, including processing, tax calculations, financial statement compilation, and SARS experience.
- Advanced computer skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, Xero, Caseware, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Systematic and organized work methods.
- Strong administrative and numerical skills.
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Proactive approach in executing duties and planning.
- Neatness, accuracy, punctuality, and cost consciousness in the workplace for the benefit of the company.
