What we're looking for:
xc2xb7 Tertiary qualification (3 year) in Finance or similar
xc2xb7 Newly qualified individual who is willing to learn
xc2xb7 Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
xc2xb7 Proven ability to manage accounting figures and financial records is an added advantage
xc2xb7 Experience with MS Excel and other related accounting software is an added advantage
xc2xb7 Good understanding of procurement processes from PO to Payment is added advantage
xc2xb7 A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
You'll be tasked with:
xc2xb7 Issuing of daily purchase orders
xc2xb7 Analysis of open orders
xc2xb7 Provision of remittances to suppliers
xc2xb7 Process and submission of Weekly payments
xc2xb7 Recon supplier invoices to GRV and PO
xc2xb7 Submit to accountants for raising
