Job Summary Apart from being a contained and well-rounded person with a high EQ level They will be required to deal with complexity in a fast-paced environment Our client is a premium product engineering and development company specializing in end-to-end turn-key commercial vehicle development Person needs to be a self-starter with attention to detail, bring positive energy to the work environment, and be willing to excel in their role Job Specification Oversees reception duties and administrative tasks and supports new employee onboarding and the Marketing Team This role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication to maintain office efficiency and provide a positive experience for visitors and employees Assets Management Keep accurate records of company assets Assist in tracking and managing asset inventories Work with relevant departments to ensure proper asset allocation Reception Duties Control door access and maintain a secure environment Welcome individuals arriving for interviews and assist with CV printing Administrative Tasks Monitor and determine future consumable quantities for office supplies Place orders for office supplies and manage deliveries Coordinate and control stationery supplies Liaise with service providers for office maintenance needs Label and track equipment, maintaining asset records Manage parking allocations, office access, keys, and remotes Update office procedures, including kitchen and internal protocols Handle ad-hoc office administrative tasks as required New Employee Administration Prepare and assemble onboarding packs for new employees Ensure all necessary equipment and resources are ready for new employees Assist the IT department in setting up new employee PCs Support for Marketing Team Collaborate with the Marketing Team on various administrative tasks and projects as needed Minimum Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent, would be an advantage. Grade 12 with Maths (Pure mathematics -non negotiable) 0-2 years experience in a similar role, would be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
