JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR - SERVICE TECHNICIANSOverview: To ensure techniciansxe2x80x99 service calls are complete and adhere to laid down quality standards.Duties:Assist with planning and scheduling service calls.
Liaise with clients and internal staff to ensure client needs are met.
Weekly stock recon to ensure the teamxe2x80x99s stock reports are accurate.
Daily reports.
Coordinating and Testing of installations and maintenance of security products
Telephonic assistance with trouble shooting and quality adherence and technical issues
Setup configuration and testing off all equipment on internal systems
Monitoring ticketing system
Be on standby over weekends/after hours for any issues (roster within department)
Ensure all asset information, technical information is up to date on internal systems
Always ensure system integrity and data base integrityRequirements:Matric Certificate,
Client Service Experience,
IT Support Experience
Planning and Scheduling Experience,
Stock Management Experience,
ERP System Knowledge,
Deadline Driven,
Attention to Detail.
Relevant IT qualification will be beneficial
Will be beneficial if has experience working with Security Technology products
