Duties:Operational Leadership: Ensure each restaurant consistently meets or exceeds company standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers, fostering a culture of continuous development and high performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team growth.
Customer Focus: Champion an unwavering commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience across all locations. Address customer feedback proactively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Financial Management: Assist in developing and managing budgets for each restaurant in your area. Optimize financial performance through effective cost control, labour management, and sales growth initiatives.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Uphold brand standards and policies across all operations.Requirements:Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
KFC certified training
A qualification in Business Administration would be an advantage.
Proven experience in a multi-unit management role, ideally within the quick-service restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with a track record of achieving business goals.
Flexibility to travel within your assigned area and work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
