Job Description
We are looking for an Admitted Attorney with 3 Years post admission experience in VAF / Foreclosure or Banking Litigation.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drafting of Letters and legal Documents such as Pleadings, Notices and Affidavits
- Preparing for Opposed an Unopposed Applications and Opposed and Unopposed Trials
- Indexing and paginate of court files
- Attending court proceedings
- Consulting with Advocates and clients
- Handling of general legal enquiries
- Handling a Portfolio independently
- Managing Junior personnel
- LLB Degree
- Admitted as Attorney
- Valid drivers license & transport
- Previous experience with Excalibur & Ghost Practice (advantageous)
- Case Lines & Court Online knowledge
