Duties:
Plan and create social media campaign plans for each brand for sign off by the Marketing Manager.
Brief graphic designer and web developer on all campaign content to be designed/photographed.
Ability to edit photos using Canva or Adobe or similar suite - basic enhancement or editing of photos.
Plan, schedule and collaborate with marketing team photo shoots for maximum impact and benefit.
Outdoor cooking for photo shoots.
Innovative thinking to improve brand presence.
Execute marketing campaigns with elements such as e-newsletters, social media- and web content per brand. Aim is to grow retail and e-commerce sales.
Plan, present and execute communication plans through all channels and platforms, including retail execution, social media and web to ensure that products and services meet customers' (stores and end-users) expectations and to build the credibility of the brands.
Launch new products through all channels and platforms (retail & online).
Plan and execute seasonal and ad-hoc promotions through all channels and platforms.
Manage promotional content to establish and maintain brand consistency.
Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and report to Marketing Manager on each campaign.
Analyse customer & competitor activity quarterly
Compile & report on competitor and customer insights quarterly to identify trends.
Collaborate with key customers, support office, sales agents, marketing manager, sales manager, web developers and senior managers to optimise all marketing activities.
Present and report back on activities bi-weekly, using agile methodology.
In conjunction with marketing and sales manager, organise events such as product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, photo shoots and videography for each brand.
Additional duties:
Informal product and lifestyle photography when required.
Assist the Marketing Manager on additional brands when required.
Any ad-Hoc / additional tasks and roles, as and when needed/requested by management.
