Join us in shaping our future-and yours.What You Will DoAs Junior Brand Manager - Johnsons Baby you ill be responsible for assisting with the excellent execution of the 1 year plan, taking responsibility for key projects including media & content, activation in the South Africa and execution plans with key customers.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute with excellence the activation plans to drive mental & physical availability.Monitor the market and consumer shopper insights: using and interpreting syndicated data and researchContribute to agency briefsTrack performance measures monthlyLiaise with external partners and internal cross-functional team for new product launchesSupport & contribute to relevant brand team meetings and business planning process.Assist in the development of retail-ready plans for your brand to deliver Category growthLead Post Campaign Analysis and work with media partners to implement optimizations to digital & PR campaigns.Work closely with commercial teams to implement commercial initiatives to drive profitability.Use analytical skills to understand drivers of brand and competitor performance and recommend actions to take.Manage and report on Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME).QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment.Proficiency in MS Office applicationsFlexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise.Desired QualificationsSelf-starter who is proactive and results driven.Can do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges.Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style.Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.Proven implementation ability - on spec, on time and within budget.Good analytical, financial and business acumen skills.Strong communication skillsWhats In It For YouCompetitive Benefit PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
