POS order placements for Stationery
Work with agency and manage timelines
Ensuring delivery to depots
Trade visits to ensure POSM placement.
Liaising with suppliers for quotes
Final invoices
Working with internal team for POs and invoices.
Purchase order creation
Marketing and Advertising Strategy
Assist the Stationery Marketing Manager with preparations for the annual marketing plans for assigned group of products/brand in a specific market.
Assist and work closely with the Stationery Marketing Manager to develop and recommend marketing strategies and related activities to increase penetration and market share for assigned group brands with a focus on digital platforms.
Implements in coordination with the Stationery Marketing Manager (within budget limits) the operational marketing campaign to achieve the defined marketing objectives.
Marketing research analysis and understanding.
Compiles post campaign reports in conjunction with Category Manager input.
Presents feedback in Sales and Marketing meeting forums.
Coordinating Agency and Supplier meetings
Coordination of Stationery meetings with Suppliers and Agencies, as well as minutes thereof.
Follow up on actions post meetings.
General and ad hoc marketing administration activities and support.
Creating sales reports
Sample management
Creation of stock adjustment
Liaising with warehouse manager for stock adjustment approvals
Collection of sample stock
Delivery of sample stock
Stock adjustments
Internal Communications
Marketing activities on TV, notice boards
Website communication
Management of internal competitions
When applicable co-ordinate meetings
Setting meetings
Communicating agenda
Minute meetings thereof
Following up on actions from meeting
Monthly competitor analysis
Collate information for competitor analysis
Complete report
Set up meeting for competitor analysis
