• Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring:

• Identify stakeholders and determine necessary analysis activities.
• Track and communicate progress throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Estimate the effort needed for each work item.
• Requirements Elicitation:

• Schedule and organize resources for analysis activities.
• Meet with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Validate that requirements meet stakeholder expectations.
• Requirements Management and Communication:

• Ensure all stakeholders reach consensus on the scope of requirements.
• Present and structure requirements clearly for stakeholders' understanding.
• Communicate the finalized requirements and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Requirements Analysis:

• Prioritize requirements and use models, diagrams, and text to define them.
• Identify assumptions, constraints, and risks related to the requirements.
• Validate that requirements align with business architecture and quality standards.

• Understanding of business analysis concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in:

• Requirements workshops, use cases, and user stories.
• Scope definition, functional decomposition, and interface analysis.
• Non-functional requirements analysis and diagram modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working in an agile development process.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, gather information, and model requirements effectively.
