Roles and Responsibilities
Translate complex business requirements into clear and concise specifications, ensuring they are easily understood by stakeholders and development teams.Study business functions, gather information, and evaluate output requirements and formats to determine operational objectives.Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications to improve processes and system functionality.Study current practices, identify areas for improvement, innovations, and design modifications to enhance system performance, effectiveness and efficiency.Identify problems, recommend controls, document and write improved procedures to ensure effective governance and mitigate risks.Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, and forming project teams.Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending necessary actions.Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential and ensuring data security and privacy.Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends relevant to the project or business analysis.Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models to ensure project feasibility and resource allocation.Perform regular reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure the fit into business requirements.Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes, ensuring smooth transition and adherence to requirements.Conduct insightful analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues and provide recommendations for improvement.Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data to develop integrated business analyses and projections for strategic decision-making.Conduct workshops on new improved policies, technologies, processes to enable a smooth adoption and ensure sustainability of best practices.Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.Use the DMAIC methodology to improve and sustain new business implementations.Qualification Requirements:
Grade 12.
Degree in IT.
Six Sigma certification.Work Experience
1 2 years experience core business analysis experience.Software Application Requirement:
Visio using BPMN Framework.
Microsoft (Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.).
Follow Lean Six Sigma Methodology framework.
