Job Description
Job Summary Responsibilities:
- Sourcing top-tier ingredients and goods.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Keeping inventory in check.
- Crunching numbers and making smart purchasing decisions.
- Negotiating prices.
- Keeping an eye on trends.
- Ensuring everything arrives on time.
- A qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1-2 years of buying/procurement experience (FMCG experience is a bonus!)
- A sharp negotiator who can make suppliers love and fear you at the same time
- A detail-obsessed data whiz with analytical skills
- Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)xe2x80x94because good communication is key!
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a high-energy environment
- Lives in or near the Northern Suburbs
