Job Description

The Position:

P3 People is seeking to employ a Junior Campaign Manager in its Cape Town operation. The Campaign Manager performs a vital oversight and monitoring role in our Call Centre environment. The Campaign Manager deals with multiple leads generation Campaigns for some of the leading financial services companies in the industry.

The core focus of the position is as follows:

Ensuring the Campaigns are rolled out in accordance with the client specification and within the agreed timeframes;

Ensuring that the Campaigns are delivered with the correct volumes, compliance and quality;

The Campaign Manager is required to address any blockages or issues which may result in a Campaign not meeting the client expectation;

In order to ensure that targets are met the Campaign manager may need to liaise with the following departments to trouble shoot issues that may arise:

Data Management;

Sales Management;

?

Dialer Management;

?

The Verification Department;

?

The Systems Department;

?

The IT Department.

The monitoring of the relevant Reports and Management Information Systems(MIS) to ensure that Campaigns are on track, in terms of the delivery and quality requirements.

Team work and collaboration is a vital element of this position.

Basic Required Skills and Qualifications Required:

? Matric;

? A degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred;

ntermediate to advanced Excel;

? Above average communication skills;

? An understanding of Project Management would be an advantage.

Experience Required:

? Previous Call Center experience at Team Leader level an advantage;

? Experience in the Financial Services Industry an advantage;

? Experience in Marketing and Campaign Management an advantage.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday:

You will be required to work from 08:00am - 18:00pm.

Saturdays

: 9am-1pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8000,00 per month
