We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Change Manager / Change Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about organizational development and have a strong foundation in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting change initiatives, analysing organizational needs, and ensuring effective implementation of change strategies across various departments.Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement within the organization.

• Analyse the impact of proposed changes on various teams and stakeholders.

• Gather and interpret data to inform change management strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and understanding of change initiatives.

• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and training sessions to stakeholders at all levels.

• Support the development and execution of change management plans.

• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

• Maintain thorough documentation of change processes, including plans, reports, and stakeholder feedback.

• Prepare regular updates for senior management on the status and effectiveness of change initiatives.

• Assist in creating training materials and resources to support employees through change.

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to teams and individuals during the transition process.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

• Completion of a Change Management course or module is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.

• Proven track record of supporting change initiatives in a corporate or organizational setting.
