  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Develop and maintain a great relationship with his/her clients
  • Manage and resolve all service-related queries from clients via email and telephone
  • Conduct regular budget review and adjust payment plan
  • Assist the client in completing the debt counseling process
  • Maintain/improve retention ratio, PDA ratio, and aftercare fee ratio

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric (National Diploma or Degree is an advantage),
  • 1 year of Client Service experience in the financial or Credit industries (Advantage)
  • Clear credit and criminal record
