Job SummaryHire Resolve's client is seeking a Junior Compliance Officer to join their team in Limpopo. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to kickstart their career in the compliance field. The successful candidate will work closely with the Compliance Manager and be responsible for assisting with compliance-related tasks and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies.Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
• Support in conducting compliance risk assessments
• Assist with monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Help with the preparation and submission of regulatory reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and provide guidance
• Contribute to the maintenance of compliance records and documentation
• Stay updated with regulatory developments and assist in communicating changes to the relevant stakeholders
• Support in conducting internal compliance audits and investigations
• Assist with compliance training and awareness programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the financial industry
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Eager to learn and develop within the compliance field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
