Requirements:

A Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or similar
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in residential construction, with strong focus on quality control and snagging.
Thorough understanding of construction practices and techniques.
Experience working on high-end residential or mixed-use developments.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality and perfection.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Strong problem solving skills
