Job Description
My client a leading and well known company requires a competent and experienced Junior Content Creator to be based on the premises in Woodstock.Create engaging and persuasive product content for distribution to companys e-commerce customers, constantly improve the content library''''s volume and quality, and ensure that all content is captured accurately and timeously.COMPETENCIES REQUIREDKnowledge:
- Gr12
- Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- MAC / PC literate
- Understanding of systems & procedures
- Administrative and data maintenance, support and management in a database environment
- e-commerce and data capture experience advantageous
- Team player with the ability to work without supervision
- Handle fast-paced pressure
- Pro-active
- Lateral thinker
- Aptitude for detail, accuracy and consistency
- Communicate effectively & promptly
- Problem solver
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be criminal clear
- Must reside in the Western Cape
- Create customer-friendly and engaging product content for use on multiple channels
- Capture and standardize off-pack data and brand-supplied data
- Collate and standardize data from reputable online sources
- Meet daily capture run-rate requirement
- Ensure all content meets Company''''s standards
- Ensure that customer-specific content aligns to the customers required style
- Help build and maintain the Company''''s content repository
- Accurately gather content for e-commerce purposes
- Capture of content within company, MIS and distribution to clients
