Job Summary Minimum requirements
Matric
Minimum one year experience in a conveyancing department with
At least one years experience in transfers
Experience working on Legal SoftwareDuties will include

  • Preparing sale agreements, transfer documents, and other relevant legal paperwork.
  • Communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, attorneys, and banks to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Coordinating and submitting documents to the deeds office to register the transfer of property.
  • Calculating transfer duties, conveyancing fees, and ensuring payment of municipal rates, taxes, or levies.
  • Following up with various authorities (such as the deeds registry, municipal offices, or SARS) to monitor and expedite the transfer process.
