Position Overview: The Junior Conveyancing Secretary will provide crucial support to our conveyancing team, handling administrative tasks, client communications, and document management. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3 years of conveyancing experience and proficiency in Lexis Convey.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage conveyancing documentation and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation and lodgment of transfer and mortgage documents.
  • Manage client communications, including updates and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files and records.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, estate agents, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize Lexis Convey for case management and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a conveyancing role.
  • Proficiency in Lexis Convey.
  • Own transport for commuting to and from work.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
