Process all applications (from financial statement level) of all accounts of the relevant business partners within the Senwes Group.
Interpreting financial statements and commenting on any deviations
Manage documentation collation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
Ensure that all compliance requirements are met e.g. FICA, KYC, POPIA etc
Liaise with Assistant Credit Manager for approval and follow-up on application statuses.
Debt Collection.
Oversee the collection process, particularly focusing on accounts overdue by 90 days.
Engage with clients via telephone to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding debts.
Monitor accounts in arrears, identify disputes, and initiate appropriate actions, including legal proceedings if necessary.
Initiating and follow-up on extensions granted for accounts in arrears.
Ensure that security within the Senwes Group as well as external parties are registered to collect outstanding debt and to reduce risk.
Administrative Support.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including credit limit management and journal entries compilation.
Provide ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Conduct ongoing monitoring of credit portfolios, identifying potential risks and
implementing mitigation strategies.
Provide administrative support and advice to Portfolio Assistants and co-ordinate training for Portfolio Assistants when the need is identified.
Client Liaison.
Maintain proactive communication with portfolio clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Monitor credit facility utilization and communicate with relevant parties regarding credit limits.
