Junior Creditors Clerk (Advanced Excel skills) neededOur client is currently seeking a Junior Creditors Clerk to join their finance team in Fourways.Job Profile:
- Accurate capturing, payment allocation and coding of supplierxe2x80x99s invoices
- Ensure all monthly payments are captured and submitted
- Creditors payments reconciled to supplierxe2x80x99s statements
- Submission of banking details to include enough evidence to satisfy validity
- Handling payments in an organized and timely manner.
- Matric (certificate required)
- 2 - 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
- Pastel Evolution (advantageous)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Please note should the candidate meet all the requirements they will have to complete an in-house test
